When
Shah Rukh Khan First sat in front of Amitabh Bachchan with
Rani Mukerjee on 31st December 2000 in KBC 1 none would have
thought that one day he himself would sit on the hot seat.
We all know that Amitabh Bachchan, a great star, had fallen
upon bad times in terms of finances and did everything to
overcome it. Be it advertising for practically every other
product or picking films, doing stage-shows and became brand
ambassador, he did everything to dig himself out of the financial
mess in which he had landed. This show was also a part of
his signing-spree. Amitabh had taken this program when he
was facing worst phase of his life. KBC gave a new life to
his career & won the heart of every viewer. Shah Rukh

Both
have different style and it is not prudent and appropriate
to compare the two two giants. But Shah Rukh is more interactive,
vibrant and fast and likely to carry appeal to the youth of
the day. Amitabh’s magic is there and it works. But
the country has entered the 21st century and a new star has
to be born. It seems Khan has struck the right chord with
the viewers and he is here to stay. But this is not astrology.

As
part of our forecast on Assembly elections in Punjab, Uttrakhand
and Manipur to take place in February, we are going ahead
with Punjab. We are handicapped in the respect of non-availability
of precise time of birth of present Chief Minister Capt. Amrinder
Singh and Akali Dal supreme leader Parkash Singh Badal. However,
we have calculated our predictions on the basis of birth chart
of the Congress Party, the planetary condition of the State
of Punjab, horoscope of BJP which is Akali Dal’s alliance
partner and a couple of other factors. We will also come out
with our forecast on Uttrakhand and Manipur shortly.
Assembly
elections for 117 seats in Punjab are to take place on 13th
February. The term of the present Assembly is expiring on
March 2 and as per the Election Commission notification the
polls will be held in a single day.
The
state of Punjab is ruled by the zodiac sign Pisces & its
name sign is Virgo. On 13th February i.e. the day of polling,
Venus Rahu conjunction is in 2-12 axis to Sun. In the horoscope
of All India Congress Committee, it has ascendant as Pisces
& moon sign as Virgo. This present position of planets
shows that the present Government in Punjab will suffer losses
in elections. Many of its candidates who are sitting ministers
will be humbled. Some dissidents will also damage the prospects
of the party in power. There are indications that no single-party
may get a majority, though we are still not in a position
to say this categorically. There is a prospect of a hung assembly
after the elections. No party will be able to get clear majority.
The BJP’s chart is strong and the humiliating defeat
it faced in Punjab- just winning three out of over dozen seats,
will be a thing of the past. No doubt, the Akali Dal-BJP combine
will emerge as the largest coalition in the 117-member House,
it will be too early to say whether Akalis will get a majority
of their own. The Akalis had won 75 seats in 1997 Assembly
polls and the BJP 18. It meant that both swept 93 seats. Such
a performance is not feasible during the 2007 Assembly polls.
It is largely because the chart of the State of Punjab is
showing winds of change. But these winds are not as strong
as they were on earlier occasions. Therefore, there will be
a new government, certainly not of the Congress Party. But
what is to be seen is the kind of numbers the Akali-BJP combine
gets.

Pranab Mukerjee’s horoscope, his 10th
